Installation Instructions

1. Download the latest version of KryptoPhoto.

2. Upload to your web server.

Place and unzip the file into a directory which is accessible by a web browser. This will create a directory called kryptophoto

You should be able to access the KryptoPhoto.swf file with a browser. Try it:

http://your_server.com/the_path_to_kryptophoto/KryptoPhoto.swf

Configuration Instructions

1. Find the SmugMug gallery you wish to display and copy its RSS feed

Visit SmugMug.com and look for the gallery you which to show. At the bottom of the web page you’ll see a link for “Available Feeds”.

Click on Available Feeds

You should now see two available feed formats – Atom and RSS.

Right-click on the RSS feed and copy the link.

You will use this RSS URL to configure the rest of KryptoPhoto.

2. Get the Flash embed code

Locate a version of the KryptoPhoto viewer in your browser. Click on the logo in the upper right of the viewer to display the Preferences panel.

Navigate to the Code tab in the Preferences panel.

Paste the copied URL from the SmugMug gallery into the first text area. When you do, the second text area will be filled with the required Flash embed code. Use this code for your HTML page or for WordPress.

To Install Into WordPress

Copy the zip file inside of your WordPress home directory plugin folder:
/*your_wordpress_home*/wp-content/plugins/

Unzip the file either with a zip utility or the command line.

The browser path to the swf will be:

/wp-content/plugins/kryptophoto/KryptoPhoto.swf
